After going to 2 mechanics who incorrectly balanced my tires 3 times (with brand new tires), University Tire balanced my tires correctly. I got the Hunter Road Force Balance, to see if I had bad tires, and it turns out that my tires were fine, but the way they were balanced was not correct.I would definitely recommend them for your tire services.
